I happened across the best glaze/marinade while experimenting with tilapia. It won’t photograph well, so there won’t be colorful home photos, but you have to trust me that it is DIVINE. (Also, I promise this isn’t going to turn into a cooking blog–you can tell when money is tight here when I am cooking at home more often. *wink* Self reliance, yes?)
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup orange marmalade
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
a tablespoon or two of honey, to taste
Mix and use as a glaze, sauce, marinade, whatever! SO good.
