This is the latest recipe to make the Facebook rounds. Dubbed, the “skinny shake,” it’s supposedly an alternative to a Wendy’s Frosty. Check it out, and tell me what you think:
3/4 cup Almond Milk
about 15 ice cubes
1/2 tsp vanilla
1-2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 of a banana
Verdict: If you’re expecting a Frosty, don’t. If you’re looking for a yummy healthy smoothie, then you’ll be happy. But, it is not akin to a fast food shake.
